The official of GPG keys of MySQL are expired so the new installations and upgrades from the official package repository are failed with the following message.
The GPG keys listed for the "MySQL 8.0 Community Server" repository are already installed but they are not correct for this package.

Failing package is: mysql-community-common-8.0.30-1.el7.x86_64
GPG Keys are configured as: file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-mysql
On Redhat based distros like CentOS, RockyLinux, AlmaLinux run the following command
rpm --import https://repo.mysql.com/RPM-GPG-KEY-mysql-2022
on Debain based distro like Ubuntu issue following commmand to resolve the issue
wget -q -O - https://repo.mysql.com/RPM-GPG-KEY-mysql-2022 | apt-key add -
