Drive at walking speed, because the bus can pull out or somebody could walk out in front of the bus.

According to section 13 of the traffic rules, drivers are obliged to maintain a sufficiently low speed (and, if necessary, stop) when passing trams or buses that have stopped or are stopping at a stop.
