Justification

All cars must be covered by third party insurance.

To make sure that anyone who sustains an injury in a traffic accident is entitled to compensation from an insurance company, all registered motor vehicles must be covered by third party insurance (motor vehicle liability insurance/traffic insurance).

The minimum compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance covers:
