You should use the centre lane.

This is stated in the traffic rules: On carriageways with two or more driving lanes in the same direction, the right-hand lane should be used whenever the traffic rules do not mandate or allow the use of a left-hand lane. If you are driving towards Kristiansand, the centre lane is considered the right-hand lane because the lane furthest to the right is an exit lane.
