Question 77 of 1002

Look at the trailer's registration certificate. The trailer is not Tempo 100-approved and lacks brakes, and you will be driving without any load. What is correct?

Justification

Unless your trailer is Tempo 100-approved, 80 km/h is the maximum speed.

The maximum permissible weight for the trailer does not exceed 750 kg, and you may therefore drive with this trailer on a category B licence, but the permissible trailer weight for the car must be at least 285 kg.

Options
I cannot drive faster than 80 km/h even when driving on a motorway
If the car I will use has a permissible total weight of 3500 kg, I cannot drive with this trailer
It is not permitted to pull trailers without brakes
If the cars vehicle registration certificate specifies the pulling weight as 550 kg, I may not drive with this trailer
