Justification

With a blood alcohol level higher than 0.2‰ or a higher concentration than 0.1 milligram of alcohol per litre air in the exhaled air.

According to the Road Traffic Act, it is prohibited to drive a motor vehicle when you are under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.

You are always considered to be affected by alcohol when your blood alcohol concentration is above 0.2‰ – or when your breath contains more than 0.1 mg of alcohol per litre of air.
