Question 749 of 1002

On a motorway...

Justification

Several rules apply to motorways and motor vehicle roads to prevent danger and problems with traffic handling:

Only vehicles that can travel at speeds of at least 40 km/h are permitted on motorways and motor vehicle roads. Tractors are therefore permitted as long as they can be driven at speeds of at least 40 km/h.

There is no general speed limit for motorways. The speed limit is always 80 km/h outside of populated areas, as long as there are no signs stating otherwise.

Mopeds are not permitted on motorways or motor vehicle roads.

Options
the speed limit is 90 km/h
you are not allowed to drive tractors
you can drive mopeds
you are not allowed to drive vehicles that cannot keep at least 40 km/h
