What is correct about general speed limits?

Justification

In the Road Traffic Act, there is a general rule for speed limits, stating that if there are no signs indicating otherwise, the maximum speed limit is 50 km/h in densely populated areas, and 80 km/h outside of densely populated areas.

Note that the Road Traffic Act also requires that you adjust your speed to the conditions/situation, so that you are always in full control of the vehicle.
