What is the reaction time?
Justification

Reaction time is defined as the time it takes from the moment a driver notices a hazard until they decide on an appropriate course of action.

Reaction time is normally between 0.5 and 3 seconds.

The time it takes from a hazard appears until you notice it (the time directly preceding this) is called perception or inattention time ('uoppmerksomhetstid').
