This sign is called *No passing* and indicates that it is prohibited to overtake motor vehicles with more than two wheels.

The prohibition does not apply to overtaking which (according to the traffic rules) may take place on the right-hand side. It applies either until an End of no passing sign is posted, or for the distance stated on a supplementary sign.
