The picture shows a Warning line. A warning line consists of long lines with short gaps in between (the lines are three times the length of the gaps).

A yellow warning line indicates that visibility is too poor for overtaking to be considered safe.

A white warning line indicates that visibility is restricted, and changing lanes could therefore be dangerous.
